Women entrepreneurs in India have come a long way and are increasing women entrepreneurs in terms of scale and wealthiness. In the current scenario where the total number of women entrepreneurs is 18848 is 32% amongst the new business registered in a financial year. As per the current scenario, when there is an unparalleled scale of payment in terms of qualification and business growth the women employees struggle to get an equal amount of opportunities in terms maximizing their career growth and thus which leads to an independent business which is run or started by women, these factors conclude to women self-awareness and social increase in terms of being an entrepreneur, also there are some factors like cultural limitations, social limitations, family limitations which leads to a favorable environment for women to grow independently. 

With the expansion of corporate opportunities, more women are exploring business in terms of showcasing their skills and their abilities, also with the help of international experts and mentors across the world women can professionally acquire the help of guidance by senior expertise and learn and address the challenges in a very systematic and experienced way. 

The women with an increase in capability can increase networking and social. A woman in the technical field lacks knowledge in terms of technology and practical aspects of machinery and tools which are required in the business to run smoothly and freely also the engineers in which a business looks up to pursue their technology freely. 

In current scenario the world is facing a economical crisis in terms of business and import and export to other countries to overcome this we need more and more large scale business to grow the national and international business and thus we need to exclude the social backwardness and unethical practices which distinguishes men and women from each other and should provide them to grow and fully scale up their talents upon their business and their industries also. 

The women in India are growing in their own needs and necessities so there should be a support to freelance works and independent work cultures so that we grow in every small and large aspect of business in the country. The scarcity of entrepreneurs should be filled by promoting startups and businesses in the country so that the demand and supply chain should not be affected in any case whosoever may be the problem of the country.
