Chinese Menus



Chinese menus offer a wide variety of food. There are endless dishes on the Chinese menu card. They have divided their dishes into sections such as rice dishes, spaghetti dishes, beverages, and soups so that it is comfortable for the guest to pick the dish easily into the menu card. Their menu card is totally different from western menus because in western menus they have meal sections like breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

In China, Chinese restaurants have specifically written their menu cards in the Chinese language, and there are no pictures in their menu card. so it's a little frustrating to the person who doesn't understand the Chinese language. And it is customary in China to choose one dish for every single person who sits on the table such as If you have a group of 4, you might select 2 rice dishes and 2 vegetable dishes but it's up to you. 
In China, the Chinese love to eat these most popular foods which are dumplings, fried rice, Sweet and Sour Pork, Kung Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Yangzhou Fried Rice, Peking Duck, Schezwan noodles, spring rolls, wonton and so on. These are famous dishes in China. 
Chinese cooking is world-famous and everyone knows that Chinese culinary styles are very unique from others. 

Chinese preferred to prepare their food through these popular methods:

1. Stir-Frying Method
stir-frying is a Chinese cooking technique, in which ingredients are fried in a small quantity of hot oil while being stirred in a wok. It is a quick, easy, and tasteful method.

2. Deep Frying Method
In this method,  the ingredients like meat, vegetables are deeply fried, in the deep saucepan, it is used to produce crisp textured food.

3. Braising Method
In this method, we are adding ingredients, spices, seasonings, and a small quantity of water or broth to a wok, boiling everything together at a high temperature and then simmering it at a lower temperature for a long time. the most famous braising dishes in China is braised chicken with vegetable and beef with potatoes and onions. 

4. Roasting Method
roasting is an uncovered dry cooking method, the meat, and the vegetables are placed in the oven at a very high temperature. So the meat must be seared so that the skin tastes crispy.
